It is our pleasure, and based on the directives of the respected university president, Prof. Saad Shaheen Hammadi, and the respected scientific assistant, Prof. Dr. Zaki Abdullah Ahmed, to have the honor to initiate the activation of the website of the Department of Scholarships and Cultural Relations in our dear university to be an effective and quick window to view the department’s tasks, instructions and controls necessary to complete the procedures entrusted to our department and will also be a useful factor in the rapid and urgent announcement of the necessary ministerial notifications related to the tasks of our department.

We also hope that it will be an effective way to submit and follow up on requests for dear reviewers.
