The Iraqi government issued Law 20 of 2020 in which it allowed the employee to study at private expense (studying during the employment period), and the Ministry of Higher Education later determined the scholarship universities from which the student can obtain acceptance and take a no-objection letter from his department to study, and the university does not bear any financial costs.
