Based on what was stated in the opinion board’s decision according to the sixth meeting held on 4/11/2021, the necessity of following up on scholarship students to study outside Iraq, checking the period of vacations granted to them, and following up on the implementation of the contractual obligations arising from the academic contract with them for those who fulfilled the requirements of the study and return to serve the educational institution and apply the contract against the violators their legal obligations.
